What do we do?

Parents meet monthly in Kilmorey Arms Hotel, Kilkeel to have a cup of tea/coffee, chat, exchange views and relax. Often guests are invited to speak to the group about services they may offer.

In conjunction with Orana Children and Family Centre, Newry, a childrens’ club is held on one Saturday per month. This is located in the Mourne Stimulus Day Centre, Council Road, Kilkeel. While the children are entertained, the parents have time to meet with each other and relax.

Local Community Groups contact SNAP regarding services they provide (eg First Aid Courses, Computers etc) and this information is forwarded to members via the monthly newsletter.
